Curcuma zedoaria - A rare perennial herbaceous member of the Ginger family. White Tumeric has a long history of use as both an edible and medicinal plant. Most of the plant ie edible, used fresh, cooked or dried and used in a variety of ways in many traditional dishes in Asia and India. Showy yellow flowers with red and green bracts. Prefers a shady spot with well draining soil.
