Thymus pulegioides ‘Foxley’ - A really ornamental and edible Thyme variety. Foxley has variegated cream and green leaves, with splashes of red in the winter time. It also is covered in lavender pink flowers in spring, summer and autumn. Foxley is also a pretty edition to the kitchen garden. Tastes great in a variety of dishes.
