Arum dioscoridis - A beautiful Arum, native to the Mediterranean region. Summer dormant, with leaves appearing late autumn- early winter, with flowers emerging in spring. The leaves are large and glossy green. Moist well drained soil in full to part shade. Excellent for winter garden interest. NB- through my research I have found many and varied uses for Ariods.
