Apium prostratum - An Australian native herb. Producing edible stems and leaves, use as you would common celery. Can be eaten raw or cooked. The seeds can also be used as a spice in cooking. A very good repeat harvest plant. Preferring part shade. Grows well in pots and coastal gardens. C ream coloured flowers in spring, summer and autumn. Full sun to part shade. 40 cms height by 70 cms width. Sea Celery prefers a moist soil, and some shade in the summer.
