Rubus idaeus - Raspberry plants will be sent only during their winter dormancy period. 
Perennial. Stems 1.5 to 2.5 metres length. Full sun to part shade, part shade for hot climates. Prefers a well drained rich soil. Plants remain productive for many years. Plant out in autumn and winter. Enjoy a sheltered position, proceted from hot afternoon sun. Mulch well in hot weather. When pruning only prune away canes that have finished fruiting. Medicinal plant. A tea is made from the leaves.  Fruit and foliage medicinal. Small white flowers, followed by edible fruit. Also medicinal for animals, used internally and externally. A tonic also for them, they also enjoy eating the fruit and foliage.
