Per Bulb/Plant - Allium thunbergii - A highly ornamental, wild edible, onion from East Asia, including Japan, China and Korea. Multiplies quickly to form perennial clumps. Harvested from the wild, the whole plant is edible. Being used raw or cooked in a variety of dishes. The bulbs are also traditionally pickled in brine. The rose purple flowers are showy and produced over a long period, looking beautiful in both the kitchen and ornamental garden.
