Rungia klossii - Perennial edible plant,as the name suggests this plant has the flavour of mushrooms. The green glossy leaves can be eaten raw or cooked, and are very nutritious. Best grown in shade to part shade. Mushroom Plant is not frost hardy, and does not like really cold climates. I put mine in the greenhouse over winter and they are fine. Likes moist soil.
