Mentha arvensis "Thai" - Hardy, herbaceous perennial. 45 cm height, 1 metre width. Full sun to part shade. Prefers a rich moist soil. Culinary herb used in cooking and to make a tea. Lavender coloured flowers in the summer. Flowers attract bees and butterflies. Regular pruning to maintain fresh healthy new growth. Aromatic green foliage. Not frost tender. Can grow in most soil types, even clay, provided it’s kept moist. It can become invasive.
