Mentha ‘Berries and Cream’ - Perennial, hardy herb. 45 cms height, 1 metre width. Full sun to part shade. Mauve flowers from summer to autumn. Leaves have the sweet  aroma and flavour of berries and cream. Leaves can be used to make a refreshing tea. Excellent culinary herb, adding flavour to a good variety of sweet and savoury dishes. Leaves can be harvested regularly as needed.  Best grown in a moist, well drained soil. Being a mint, it can be invasive, but this variety is more compact than other varieties. Grows well in pots. Flowers attractive to bees and butterflies.
