Origanum marjorana - This beauty is a Lebanese traditional favourite, used in breads, salads and other cooked dishes. It has, as described when I was researching it, the scent of both pine and honey. When you rub it in your fingers, you first get the faint scent of pine and finish with the scent of sweet wild honey. As delicious as it is aromatic. Rare and I was so happy when I found it. Well drained soil in full sun to part shade depending on your area. Nb- the plants are still a little small, due to how cold it has been here this winter, but they are established.
