Lobelia siphilitica ‘Alba’ - Perennial, hardy marginal plant. Full sun to part shade, with afternoon shade in areas with hot summers. Up to 1 metre height in flower. Beautiful spikes of white flowers held above foliage in the summer and autumn. The flowers are attractive to bees, butterflies and birds and make good cut flowers. Needs to be continually and grows well on the edges of ponds or in bog gardens. Will grow well in most damp soil types, but prefers a rich soil.
