Allium sphaerocephalon - Edible, perennial and ornamental allium. The bulb, leaves and flowers are all edible, raw or cooked. The leaves are also good dried . The flowers are really lovely and look great in the ornamental or kitchen garden. Sometimes instead of flowers bulbils are produced.
