Allium ampeloprasum var. babingtonii - An extremely rare variety of perennial leek. Babingtons leek does not produce seed but bulbils from which it can be grown , it also multiples through offsets from the bulb. Harvest and consume as you would common leeks. NB- plants are sold as established, but the plants I send are small plants grown from bulbils, they are young, but will grow into larger plants.
