Ipomoea aquatica - A perennial water loving vegetable. This variety has light green leaves and white stems. A very tasty and popular In Asian cuisine. Young leaves are preferred, they can be boiled, steamed, fried, in stir-fries or raw in salads. Kang Kong loves moisture, I have mine growing in shallow water.
