Hyssopus officinalis ssp. aristatus - A rare aromatic.Hyssop subspecies from the Mediterranean region, Near East and the Caucasus. Another versatile plant that is traditionally used as a culinary herb and also has medicinal properties. Beautiful deep blue flowers in the summer, that are loved by bees. Grows to about 40cms height by about 50 width. Grows well here with part shade.
