Agastache mexicana - A pretty herbaceous perennial, with aromatic leaves and flowers. The edible lemon scented leaves can be used raw or cooked, or to make a herbal tea. Used in traditional medicine. Full sun to part shade in a well drained soil. Giant Mexican Hyssop looks great in the garden, especially when covered in its abundant flowers.
