Sempervivum tectorum  - A medicinal, evergreen succulent, with thousands of years long history of medicinal use. Drought resistant and hardy, will grow in full sun to part shade. An excellent groundcover and also grows well in pots. Do not over water this plant, as it will rot. In traditional folklore Houseleek is said to protect your house from lightening, fire and witchcraft, which led to it being planted on the roofs of houses.
