Polygonum multiflorum - A highly regarded Chinese and Japanese medicinal herb, used for centuries of recorded history for a wide array of treatments for various medical ailments. A herbaceous perennial climbing vine, growing to about 4 metres, with thick lush growth and covered in lots of dense panicles of white flowers in summer and autumn. Grow in full sun to part shade, I have mine growing in full sun to about mid afternoon, then it gets afternoon shade, and it is growing very well. Great cold hardiness. Avery rare plant in Australia, one for the herb collector.
