Tanacetum parthenium ‘Aureum Flore Pleno’ - Perennial hardy herb. Full sun to part shade. 50 cms height, 45cms width. Moist well drained soil. Keep moist especially during hot weather. Beautiful bright golden/ green foliage. Double daisy like flowers with white petals and yellow centres, produced throughout spring, summer and autumn. Flowers good as a cut flower and also dried and used in pot purri. A good companion plant as it enhances the growth of nearby plants. Will self seed, but seedlings can easily be transplanted to other areas of the garden. Prune back hard after flowering to encourage new bushy growth. Flowers attractive to butterflies. A medicinal plant, with the same medicinal uses as common feverfew.
