Taraxacum mongolicum - Perennial edible and medicinal plant. Grow as you would common dandelions. Produces lovely yellow dandelion flowers that delight the bees and other insects. A new plant for me here, so I am still learning about it, but it seems to be a nice large growing dandelion, and quite productive.
