Aeothionema cordifolum - Edible perennial. 30 cms height .Stalks and leaves can be eaten raw or cooked. A good repeat harvest plant. Produces small pink flowers. Prefers moist soil, and some shade, especially in the summer. Can also be grown in shallow water. Vigorus growth rate, and can become invasive. Will grow well in pots.
