Plectranthus rotundifolius - Rare perennial vegetable, grown for its edible tubers. Tubers can be cooked as you would a common potato, boiled, roasted, steamed, or fried. Grown as a vegetable in Africa and Asia, where they are considered delicacies. Prefers a well drained soil, doesn’t like waterlogged soils. But they do need regular watering.
