Capsicum pubescens - Yellow Fruit. Perennial chilli plant from South America. Produces hot chillies on a large plant that can grow up to 2 metres tall. Versatile thick walled fruits can be used fresh or dried, and in many dishes. The fruits are also used medicinally. Rocoto are a little different from other chillies as they have black seeds and purple flowers.
