The last day of postage before Christmas will be Monday 8th December 2025. We will resume posting orders on Monday 12th January 2026 (orders can still be placed during this time). Cynara cardunculus - An ancient perennial vegetable, a close relative of the globe artichoke. An excellent plant for the kitchen garden, also a very attractive plant for an ornamental garden. Cardoon also has medicinal uses. Large flower buds open into big beautiful blue purple flowers in the summer.
