Iris domestica - A hardy perennial herb with a long history of traditional medicinal use in China. Blackberry Lily has beautiful orange spotted flowers held above foliage, from summer through autumn. Leaves are similar in appearance to Orris Root. A dye can be made from the rhizomes. Requires a well draininfg soil. Full sun to part shade, good heat and cold tolerance. Grows to about 1 metre height. The plant is toxic and only to be administered by a professional.
