Geum rivale - A very pretty plant for a damp partly shaded spot. Great also on pond edges. Medicinal uses. Frost hardy. The root was once used as a chocolate substitute. Beautiful nodding bell shaped pink purple flowers, produced prolifically from spring through summer.
