Ajuga reptans ‘Pink Elf’ - Evergreen perennial. 25 cms height, 60 cms width. Full sun to part shade. Pink flowers held on spikes above the foliage in spring and summer. Grows in most soil types, including poor soils, as long as they are kept moist. Can also be grown as a marginal plant in bog gardens. A frost hardy plant. Ajuga ‘Pink Elf’ forms an attractive ground cover, and is a good weed suppressor. Grows well under trees. A good plant for a moist shady position, were alot of other plants may struggle.
