Agrimonia eupatoria - Herbaceous perennial. 30-60 cms height. Full sun to part shade. Spikes of small lovely yellow flowers in summer and autumn, which have the scent of apricots. Grows in most moist but well drained soil types, even tolerating poorer soils. Medicinal plant for humans and animals. Grazed by goats and sheep also. A yellow dye can be made from the flowers. A tea can be made from the roots, leaves or flowers.
