Agastache rugosa - Hardy perennial. 60-100cms height, 60 cms width. Full sun to light shade, but prefers full sun. Blue mauve flowers in summer and autumn. Medicinal and ornamental plant. One of the 50 fundamental herbs used in Chinese traditional medicine. Used in traditional Korean cuisine. Frost hardy. Prefers rich, moist but well drained soil. Young leaves edible, used raw or cooked. Leaves can also be made into a tea. Fragrant anise scented foliage. Upright growth habit.
