Rumex acetosa - A small French cultivar, great as a cut and come again source of greens, with a great lemony flavour. Easily grown and productive. Harvest young small leaves for salads, and larger leaves for cooking in a range of dishes. Full sun to part shade, growing well in most soil types. Excess leaves can be given to poultry.
