Ranunculus ficaria - A beautiful plant for a spot in full shade. This plant grows and flowers through the winter months and is summer dormant. Lesser Celandine is great to add some needed winter colour in the garden, with its lovely yellow flowers and glossy green leaves. They look like little waterlilies. Medicinal uses, with one of it’s common names being Pilewort, implies what one of the uses was.
