Apium graveolens ‘Pink Plume’ - A very rare heirloom variety of leaf celery. Stems are a beautiful pinkish red colour making it an ornamental plant also. An excellent culinary herb, producing an abundance of stems and leaves for the kitchen. Repeat harvest plant, take outer stems as required. Eaten raw or cooked, a strongly flavoured celery. Grow in full sun to part shade, but best to provide some afternoon shade in hot areas.
